History
Da Lio was established in 1989 in Noale by Luigino Da Lio. It was first conceived as a bodywork shop for cars and motorbikes, but then it started receiving orders from Aprilia.
Thanks to the increase of the projects, in 1988, Luigino Da Lio opened its first production plant equipped with automatic painting machines. (S1).
It was therefore necessary to reorganize the administration of the company. In 1993, Da Lio became a Co. LTD followed by the opening of a new production plant (S2).
In 1996, as a result of the acquisition of various orders by BMW through Aprilia, Da Lio inaugurated a brand-new production plant in Scorzè equipped with automatic painting and molding plants (S3).
In 1999, the company opened its biggest production plant of 16.000 square meters in Morsano al Tagliamento (M1).
Thanks to the increased production capacity and a well-established reputation, in 2005, Da Lio became a LTD. and started important collaborations with Honda e Plastal Group.
In 2013, Da Lio signed contracts with two important customers as DUCATI and BMW, expanding its production in the motorbike field.
Another major milestone reached by Da Lio in 2015 was the quality approval by Daimler group and the new collaboration with KTM.
In 2019, Da Lio achieved the certification for the Automotive sector: The IATF 16949, proving the high degree of experience the company reached throughout the years.
Thanks to the new Heritage segment in the motorbike field, in 2022 the company expanded even more the capacity of its production.
In 2023, Da Lio proudly celebrates its 40th anniversary of activity in the field of the production and painting of components for the automotive industry.
