In the world of motorcycling, there are riders who go beyond simply racing on the track; there’s something more, an aura of charm and adventure that surrounds them. This is particularly true when a world champion rider pays a visit to a company. That’s exactly what happened recently when the renowned riders, Francesco Bagnaia (MotoGP World Champion) and Alvaro Bautista (SBK World Champion), made a stop at Da Lio to sign some special copies of the fuel tanks from their racing bikes.
But what’s the reason behind the visit of the world champions to Da Lio?
The event is part of a special Ducati project aimed at producing limited edition motorcycles to celebrate the successful 2023 motorcycle racing season in the MotoGP and SBK championships. The fuel tank of each specimen was then signed by the rider and mounted on the motorcycle, and will be delivered along with its certificate of authenticity to the final customer.
The company is delighted to have participated in the project commissioned by Ducati, and its involvement once again demonstrates its manufacturing capabilities in the field of automotive components.
